Private Wealth Investment Client Service Associate / Family Office Services

CH Investment Partners develops and maintains relationships with ultra-high-net-worth Partner Families, advising them on ways to build and protect generational wealth while providing superior on-demand service.

In addition, CH Investment Partners serves a network of co-investors, which we refer to as Platform Partners. This group invests alongside our Partner Families and employees through various investment opportunities.

Position Overview

This is a family office support role in Tulsa serving our family and foundation. In this role the Family Office Services Associate will manage day-to-day financial, accounting and administrative responsibilities for our family while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality. This role is suited for a very organized, detail-oriented professional with some accounting background. High attention to detail, adaptability, strong communication skills and a pro-active approach are essential for success.

Responsibilities include:

• Support all aspects of the day to day business needs from an operational standpoint
• Administer and track charitable giving requests
• Manage cash transfer needs including daily and periodic wires, checks and ACH payments
• Assist with the coordination of tax preparation services including gathering documents and assisting with payments
• Analyze and understand estate planning agreements to populate account and investment documentation accurately
• Assemble documentation for Partner Families to include onboarding, investments in CH Investment Partners solutions and outside fund investments
• Communicate with advisors, vendors and other team members to deliver exceptional service
• Plan and manage new account documentation, account opening, overseeing transfers and ensuring all supporting documentation is compliant
• Maintain files, including scanning, filing and maintaining documents to the family office’s standards and ensuring they are compliant and organized

Experience, Education, and Executive Skill Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in Wealth Management and/or Accounting and Executive Administration Family office experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
  • Strong accounting, reconciliation and reporting skills; experience with QuickBooks accounting software a plus
  • Ability to maintain extreme confidentiality in dealing with family matters
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong verbal, written and organizational skills
  • Strong operational background, ability to track and manage complex work
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and think clearly under pressure
  • Aptitude for technology and ability to quickly learn software applications
