CH Investment Partners develops and maintains relationships with ultra-high-net-worth Partner Families, advising them on ways to build and protect generational wealth while providing superior on-demand service.

In addition, CH Investment Partners serves a network of co-investors, which we refer to as Platform Partners. This group invests alongside our Partner Families and employees through various investment opportunities.

Position Overview

CH Investment Partners develops and maintains relationships with ultra-high net-worth Partner Families, advising them on ways to build and protect generational wealth, and providing superior on-demand Partner Family service. The role will both lead relationships and provide support to our senior advisors, ensuring an exceptional client experience, maintaining a high degree of confidentiality, and utilizing analytical skills to assess and report portfolio performance. Strong communication skills and a pro-active approach are essential for success, as is absolute team orientation in support of the Partner Families.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and co-lead client relationships
• Partner with Senior Advisors by providing analytical and operational support for key client relationships
• Assist with coordination and execution of family office projects and other services for clients (i.e. tax, trust and estate, insurance, real estate, and lending in conjunction with outside service providers and family office professionals)
• Perform wealth management tasks to include portfolio risk and allocation analysis, trading, modeling, research, cash flow and statement analysis, financial planning, direct deal analysis, performance monitoring, market and economic analysis, and ad hoc analysis
• Maintain detailed knowledge of each client portfolio (including outside investments and operating companies) and proactively make recommendations to clients
• Review and summarize investment communication and updates from client’s non-CH-IP investments to include hedge funds, private equity, and real estate
• Partner internally with other Advisors, Associates and Relationship Managers to ensure proper account maintenance and orderly onboarding of new clients
• Attend, when appropriate, and document client meetings and quarterly reviews, provide notes and follow up activity to support team, and ensure completion of all tasks within team
• Manage compliance approval process for external materials
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Highly proficient in Excel and Power Point, Addepar or other performance reporting tools, and NetX or other custodial and trading platform tools
• Highly effective written and verbal communication
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all records and data received and produced

Experience, Education, and Executive Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree – Finance or economics major preferred
  • MBA degree, CFP or CFA designations preferred
  • 7-10 years of financial industry experience at a broker/dealer, bank, or RIA
